Our Policies

Cancellation Policy

All appointments are subject to 24 hours cancellation policy. Changes or cancellation made within 24 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the treatment cost. Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointments will result in the full cost of the appointment being charged.

Late Policy

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate your full booking. However, if it is not available, you will be billed for the full cost of the original booking.

First Time Visit

Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the health history form. If you have any questions, please contact our office for more information.

Illness and Health Concerns

Kindly let us know of any health conditions, allergies and/or other concerns you may have prior to treatment. In an effort to provide a healthy environment, we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment (24 hours in advance) if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and staff.
